How it works

Care with a clear plan.

Before anything begins, you will understand what is proposed and what it costs.

Starting with a conversation

The initial consultation

Every patient relationship begins with a $199 initial consultation. The $199 fee includes a structured review of your concerns, relevant health history, and goals; an overview of potentially relevant services and costs; and a basic initial laboratory panel collected at the clinic. If additional or expanded testing is recommended based on your concerns, history, goals, and proposed care, those charges are separate and will be explained before testing. Treatment decisions are made at a follow-up after laboratory results are available and reviewed. Laboratory results help determine whether treatment may be appropriate but do not guarantee medication, a prescription, or a particular treatment plan. Patients are not obligated to begin treatment or an Episode of Care after their laboratory review.

Payment model

Cash-pay only

423HRT is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance, submit claims, or request prior authorization. The $199 initial consultation includes a basic initial laboratory panel. If additional or expanded testing is recommended, those charges are separate and will be explained before testing. If care is recommended after clinical and laboratory review, the proposed plan and its cost are explained before you decide whether to proceed.

Additional or expanded testing, when recommended, is billed separately and discussed before testing begins.

The four-step process

How care is structured

When treatment is recommended, care may be organized into a structured 10-week Episode of Care with patient education, follow-up, monitoring, and progress review. The proposed plan and cost are explained before you decide whether to begin. Patients are not required to begin an Episode of Care.

03

Return for Laboratory Review

After results are available, the clinician reviews the findings alongside your concerns, history, goals, and clinical assessment to determine whether treatment may be appropriate. Laboratory results do not guarantee a particular medication, prescription, or treatment plan. You are not obligated to begin treatment after this review.
